Only 37 onsite venue stands are available, of which one is held in reserve for the Platinum Exhibitor, and 3 stands are held in reserve till further notice for SASP-endorsed companies. All exhibition packages are sold on a first-book, first-pay basis.
For International Exhibitors, please note that due to South African legislation, you have to pay the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). The amount mentioned below, including the 15% VAT, is the amount that needs to be reflected in the Congress bank account. You are responsible for all bank charges

Branding allowed in the main plenary venue and venue for the welcome function to include 2 banners in the plenary and 1 banner in the welcome function area.
Double Stand space and shell scheme (18 sqm in size), to have the first choice of stand location.

Electronic pamphlet to be displayed on the exhibitor “rolling” adverts during breaks.
3 mins in-person presentation to congress delegates (slot to be determined).

Gold Packages

Price: R 31 050 (Including VAT)

Stand space and shell scheme (3 x 3m in size)to be allocated in order of payment received, organisers will allocate.
Tea and lunches with delegates for two (2)exhibitor personnel.
Two invites to the welcome cocktail.
Company name listed on the congress programme.
Name listed on the congress website as an exhibitor (name added as soon as you sign on and have paid).
Banner of company in one breakaway room.

Network Application (APP)

All exhibitors will be given the following opportunities on the networking app:
A short video uploaded to your profile
Exhibitor information
Frequently asked questions (Exhibitors can add a few FAQ’s with responses for delegates so that they don’t have to answer self-explanatory questions)
Meeting Hub: to set up meetings/connect with delegates
Brochures: exhibitors can upload a brochure
My notes: delegates can write in notes about conversations or notes to themselves which is exportable after the event
Download meeting recording – if the delegate and the exhibitor agree to record their meeting,it can be downloaded afterwards

General

To encourage the delegates to visit the stands, we will be incentivizing them and will be implementing the ‘passport’ system which is linked to prizes. Delegates will only be eligible to win the prizes on offer if their‘passport’ has been stamped/signed at each exhibition stand visited. Please feel free to also sponsor a prize to the ‘passport’ system as an incentive.
