Welcome to the Exhibition Portal. Below you can view a list of available stands.
Using this portal you will be able to book, view and manage your exhibition stand information for the duration of the build up to the event. We will also be publishing important information, Exhibitor Manual and any other documents that you might require.
FIRST TIME USERS
1) Create a primary contact on the “New Booking" tab”
2) Book your stand, accept the Terms and Conditions and submit by clicking the “Book Stand” button.
3) You are then able to come back into the Exhibitor Portal at any stage as an Existing User and log on with the credentials you submitted when you created your contact details.
EXISTING USERS
As an existing user, you will be able to update your contact details, download the updated floorplans, book an extra stand if required.
You can also view the Live Floor Plan by clicking on the View Interactive Floor Plan button which will display the floor plan of the exhibition along with details of stands that are currently booked.
