Exhibitors / Sponsors Undertakings

• To pay the Organiser the exhibitors / sponsorship fee upon booking and receipt of invoice. Your package is only secured once payment is received.
• That in the event of cancellation by the Exhibitor and/or Sponsor prior to the event taking place, the Exhibitor and/or Sponsor shall forfeit all amounts paid to the Organiser whatsoever the reason for the withdrawal or cancellation.
• That the quorum of attendees and the decision to or not to continue with the event shall be the absolute discretion of the SASP and World Physiotherapy.
• To arrange their own public liability and other insurances to protect the exhibitor and the public.
• To adhere to the venue safety, medical and general rules and terms of building use. The SASP is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the exhibitor or sponsor in its fulfilment of exhibiting at the congress. A congress user manual will be supplied by the stand builders.

Organisers’ Undertakings

• The Organiser is not liable for any damage or injury to any person or goods whatsoever during the staging of the Congress 2024.
• The Organiser is not liable to the Exhibitor or Sponsor’s losses should the event be cancelled due to acts beyond its control including war, riots, coup de’ tat, armed resistance, overthrowing of the government and weather-related disaster.
• The Organiser will endeavour to get as many delegates to attend as possible with their advertising and marketing campaigns but cannot be held liable / responsible for the final delegate numbers.
• In the event of cancellation of the congress by the Organiser, for whatever reason, all monies paid by the Exhibitor an/or Sponsor to the Organiser shall be refunded to the sponsor, less an administration fee, within 60 days of the date of cancellation.
