The congress secretariat has made block bookings at various hotels to assist delegates. All accommodation can be booked through the online registration process and must be paid in full to guarantee your accommodation. The block booking will be released in increments and we encourage to book and pay early to have the benefit of the group rates.
All rates quoted are per room per night and include bed and breakfast, tourism levy of 1% and VAT @15%.

Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival – 1 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.
Cancellations received from 60 days to and including the day of arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.
No Shows – No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
