Sponsorship Options

Congress Bags

 Price: R 60 000 (Including VAT)

• If the SASP purchases the congress bags and has the printing done, the sponsor company and SASP logo will be included on the bags.
• If the Sponsor company supplies the congress bags, the bags need to be approved by the SASP, and the SASP logo and website address must appear on the bag. No additional charge.

Lanyards (and Pockets)

 Price: R 20 000 (Including VAT)

• If the SASP purchases the lanyards and has the printing done, the sponsor company and SASP logo will be included on the lanyards.
• If the Sponsor company supplies the lanyards, those need to be approved by the SASP, and the SASP logo and website address must appear on the lanyard. No additional charge.

Other Options

Sponsors may offer a partial amount of the costs mentioned below for consideration by the Congress Organising Committee (CoC).
Other sponsorship options may be presented to the CoC for consideration.
All prices below are including Value Added Tax (VAT).
The following additional options for sponsorship may include:

• Wine or beer at the Welcome function: Sponsor to indicate the amount donated in kind. Should a specific wine or beer be provided, it needs to be approved by the CTICC.
• Opening ceremony: R 75 000 including VAT
• Translation facility: R 256 000 including VAT (for exclusive sponsorship) or two separate sponsorships of R 128 000 each
• Congress networking app: R 35 000  including VAT
• Session sponsorship – R 60 000  including VAT. The sponsor to discuss their choice of session to be sponsored with the CoC.
• Registration desk: R 200 000 including VAT, includes full branding of the registration desk, for exclusive sponsorship) or two separate sponsorships of
  R 100 000  including VAT each..
• CPD accreditation: R 12 000 including VAT.
