Companies have the opportunity to advertise and market their products and services to the delegates by the sponsorship options listed below. A minimum of 600 items will be required of each of the items below.

Congress Bags - SOLD (Standard Bank)

Price: R 60 000 (Including VAT)

If the SASP purchases the congress bags and has the printing done, the sponsor company and SASP logo will be included on the bags.
If the Sponsor company supplies the congress bags, the bags need to be approved by the SASP, and the SASP logo and website address must appear on the bag. No additional charge.

Lanyards (and Pockets) - SOLD (Spesnet)

Price: R 20 000 (Including VAT)

If the SASP purchases the lanyards and has the printing done, the sponsor company and SASP logo will be included on the lanyards.
If the Sponsor company supplies the lanyards, those need to be approved by the SASP, and the SASP logo and website address must appear on the lanyard. No additional charge.

Inserts in Congress bags

Price: R 5 000 (Including VAT)

All items must be provided by the Sponsor and need to be pre-approved by the SASP.

Pens
Mouse pad
Caps
Key rings

Other Options

Sponsors may offer a partial amount of the costs mentioned below for consideration by the Congress Organising Committee (CoC).
Other sponsorship options may be presented to the CoC for consideration.
All prices below are including Value Added Tax (VAT).
The following additional options for sponsorship may include:

Wine or beer at the Welcome function: Sponsor to indicate the amount donated in kind. Should a specific wine or beer be provided, it needs to be approved by the CTICC. R15 000 including VAT
Opening ceremony: R 37 000 including VAT
Translation facility: R 170 000 including VAT (for exclusive sponsorship) or two separate sponsorships of R85 000 each
Congress networking app: R 20 000 including VAT
Session sponsorship – R 20 000 including VAT. The sponsor to discuss their choice of session to be sponsored with the CoC.
Registration desk: R 50 000 including VAT, includes full branding of the registration desk, for exclusive sponsorship) or two separate sponsorships of
R25 000 including VAT each..
CPD accreditation: R 12 000 including VAT.
Delegate registration: R8 000 including VAT
Congress celebration dinner welcome drinks: R6 000 including VAT
Congress celebration dinner guest: R800 including VAT
Coffee break at Congress: R35 000 per break (5 breaks)
Lunch at the Congress: R60 000 per break (3 breaks)
