Networking app which will be available in advance of the congress.
Included on the Networking app:
Virtual exhibition is only available on the networking app which all participants have to download in order to view the programme. The congress programme will not be printed.
The following features will be included on the APP and available for virtual exhibition companies to promote their company:
- Exhibitor listing with contact details, email address, website address
- Your logo (300 DPI high resolution logo)
- Company description/profile (not more than 250 words)
- Brochure (max size) - 2 page A4 brochure
- Networking message facilities – you will be able to message delegates, send requests to meet online and connect and post the event you will be able to export all your contacts and your notes from your discussions with delegates.

Network Application (APP)
All exhibitors will be given the following opportunities on the networking app:
- A short video uploaded to your profile
- Exhibitor information
- Frequently asked questions (Exhibitors can add a few FAQ’s with responses for delegates so that they don’t have to answer self-explanatory questions)
- Meeting Hub: to set up meetings/connect with delegates
- Brochures: exhibitors can upload a brochure
- My notes: delegates can write in notes about conversations or notes to themselves which is exportable after the event
