UMHM is an in-person symposium and we look forward to welcoming you to Cape Town in 2023.

Registration: in-person fees

Standard registration fee (paid from April 3, 2023)	R 10 464 ($600 USD)
**Trainee Registration	R 6 104 ($350 USD
Accompanying persons fee	R 2 616 ($150 USD)

**Trainees include students and postdoctoral fellows. Please note, you will be required to upload a letter from the trainees’ principal investigator confirming trainee status.

Payment are by credit card only. Mastercard and visa cards are only accepted by the secretariat. Invoices and receipts will be issued automatically on registration and payment.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms:

All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR) within seven (7) days of invoice. Any short payment resulting from bank charges and/or exchange rate fluctuations will be charged to the participant.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received in writing by 15 March 2023 will receive a full refund on registration fees less a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations received in writing between 15 March - 3 April 2023 will receive a 50% refund on registration fees less a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations received in writing after 3 April 2023 will result in full fees payment being due.
We recommend transfer of registration to a new delegate to avoid cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation, registrations are transferable to delegates not yet registered.

The information collected during registration will be used to communicate with you regarding your participation at this Symposium and/or to share industry-related information, including work undertaken by the UMHM on behalf of the industry they represent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
