Abstract Submission - CLOSED

Submissions will close on 21 February 2023.

Organizers anticipate selecting up to 12 abstracts for 20 minute oral presentations throughout the meeting.  Please specify whether you would like your abstract considered for oral presentation, poster presentation or both.

Abstract guidelines:

The abstract should be one paragraph, and should have a maximum length of 400 words. The abstract should aim to succinctly describe the background, methodology, key results and the main conclusions drawn from these results. Kindly note that a maximum of two (2) abstracts will be accepted per primary/main author, and that the submitted abstracts should contain text only (i.e., no figures).

Poster sizes (Instructions)

The poster must be portrait in orientation and will be affixed to a melamine board. Size: A0 – 841mm (width) x 1189mm (height). We will provide prestik in order for you to place your posters on the melamine boards. The boards will have labels with poster number and name of poster and presenting author. It is advisable to use a very thin laminate on your poster and not material prints as these tend to fall off. Please ensure that you register and pay by 15 March to be considered and included in the programme.
