Only nine onsite venue stands are available, of which one is held in reserve for the Platinum Exhibitor, and five stands are held in reserve till further notice for SASP endorsed and member benefit companies. All exhibition packages are sold on a first book / pay basis.

To ensure that the onsite venue delegates are incentivized to visit the exhibition stands, we will be implementing the ‘passport’ system which is linked to prizes. Delegates will only be eligible to win the prizes on offer if their ‘passport’ (Which appears on their program) has been stamped / signed at each exhibition stands.

The SASP is offering the following prizes:

The following functions are available for the exhibitor to use

·         Exhibitor contact and general information

·         Frequently asked questions (Exhibitors can add a few FAQ’s with responses for delegates so that they don’t have to answer self-explanatory questions)

·         Meeting Hub: to set up meetings/connect with delegates

·         Brochures: exhibitors can upload a brochure

·         My notes: delegates can write in notes about conversations or notes to themselves which is exportable after the event

·         Download meeting recording –if the delegate and the exhibitor agree to record their meeting, it can be downloaded afterwards

Congress Bags – R9500.00 incl Vat

·       If the SASP purchase the bags and have printing done (sponsor company and SASP logo).

·       If sponsor company supply the bags. The congress bag needs to be approved by the SASP, and the SASP logo and web site address must appear on bag. No charge

 

Lanyard and Name Tags – R8500.00 incl Vat

·       If the SASP purchase the lanyard and name tag pouches and have printing done (sponsor company and SASP logo).

·       If sponsor company supply the lanyards and name tag pouch. The lanyard and pouch need to be approved by the SASP, and the SASP logo and web site address must appear on the lanyard. No charge.

 

Inserts (All items need to be pre-approved by the SASP)-R950.00 incl Vat

·       Pamphlets: Sponsor must provide inserts. R950.00 incl Vat

·       Pens: Sponsor must provide pens. R950.00 incl Vat

·       Mouse pad: Sponsor must provide mouse pad. R950.00 incl Vat

·       Caps: Sponsor must provide caps. R950.00 incl Vat

·       Key rings: Sponsor must provide key rings. R950.00 incl Vat

·       Wine or beer at the welcome function: Sponsor to indicate the amount

·       Other (at the discretion of the SASP): Sponsor must provide ‘product’.

 

Terms and Conditions

1.       All sponsored (+/- 180 items) and other material to be couriered to the venue by the 15 September 2022.

2.       Exhibitors / Sponsors undertakings

The Exhibitor / Sponsor agrees:

2.1.        to pay to the SASP the exhibitors / sponsorship fee upon booking and receipt of invoice. Your exhibitor package is only secured once payment has been received.

2.2.        that in the event of cancellation by the Sponsor prior to the event taking place, the Sponsor shall forfeit all amounts paid to the SASP whatsoever the reason for the withdrawal or cancellation.

2.3.        That the quorum of attendees and the decision to or not to continue with the event shall be the absolute discretion of the SASP.

2.4.        In the event of cancellation of the conference by the organizer, for whatever reason, all monies paid by the sponsor to the SASP shall be refunded to the sponsor within 40 days of the date of cancellation.

2.5.        To arrange their own public liability and other insurances to protect the exhibitor and the public.

3.        The SASP undertakings

3.1.        The SASP is not liable for any damage or injury to any person or goods whatsoever during the staging of SASP Congress 2022.

3.2.         The SASP is not liable to the Sponsor’s losses should the event be cancelled due to acts beyond its control including war, riots, coup de’ tat, armed resistance, overthrowing of the government and weather-related disaster.

3.3.         The SASP will endeavour to get as many delegates to attend as possible with their advertising and marketing campaigns but cannot be held liable / responsible for the final delegate numbers.
