Exhibition

We are pleased to advise the various options available to participate in this years enrichED Symposium. Please ensure that you provide the organisers with the relevant information when applying to attend the Symposium.

RENT A BESPOKE TABLE/ STAND
COST (R1500)

Display your brochures, materials and any other collateral and meet with delegates on a one-to-one basis
Cost of R1500 includes:

  • One table 1800mm (L) x 520mm (W) One chair 
  • Any additional needs will be billed over and above the fixed cost, dependant on additional requirements. The costing of Shell scheme and available services will be sent to all confirmed exhibitors.
  • Catering for one person to staff table for two days. Additional staff will be charged at R1500 per person.

Please note if you are exhibiting you will be required to staff your stand from 08h00 to 18h00  on the 7th June and from 08:00 until 13:30 on the 8th June.






EXHIBIT ON MAIN EXHIBITION STANDS (FREE)

Should you prefer to share your materials on one of our centralised stands, please indicate the relevant exhibition stand when applying. 
  • Training / capacity building material
  • Curriculum support resources
  • Communications material

Materials provided may include: Please indicate your preference when applying

  • Free flyers and materials
  • Items for sale
  • Other (description)

On acceptance, please provide at least two examples of the resource and flyers with contact details.  We will ask you to upload these if you are accepted.

Requirements: All materials must be brought to the CTICC2 on the 7th June before 07:30am





15 MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL EXPERIENCE AT A DESIGNATED TIME SLOT AS SET BY THE ORGANISERS (FREE)

Offer a mini-snapshot into your programme, encouraging delegate participation and engagement with one of the four pillars of programming (sport and recreation, arts and culture, academic and eLearning, and life skills and career awareness)

You will need to provide the following information when you apply:

Provide details of the experience you wish to provide. 

  • What activity you envisage providingWhat space you would require (space is limited but there is the opportunity to use both indoor and outdoor space) 
  • Maximum number of delegates who could participate in the 15 minute time slot
  • Any other important information
