Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at congress@cppcongress.com.
Refunds for valid cancellation requests will be processed as follows:

Up to 90 days prior to the Congress start date: Full refund, less any applicable bank charges.

Up to 60 days prior to the Congress start date: Refund less a €100 cancellation fee.

Less than 60 days prior to the Congress start date: No refund will be issued.
Please note: Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel arrangements. Only hotel reservations booked through the official Congress website will be cancelled automatically following receipt of a valid written cancellation request. Any cancellation fees charged to Paragon Global by third-party suppliers will be deducted from any refund due.
Early Registration Fee
To qualify for the Early Registration rate, full payment must be received on or before 6 January 2027.
A seven (7) day grace period will apply to registrations completed on 6 January 2027, provided an invoice was issued on that date. Any payment not received within the grace period will automatically be adjusted to the Regular Registration rate.
Right of Admission
This Congress is organised by Paragon Global, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or withdraw admission to any individual or organisation.
Payment
Payment can be made online via PayPal or Credit Card.
Should you experience any difficulties with payment, please contact the Congress Secretariat at congress@cppcongress.com.
Please note: Registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received prior to the commencement of the Congress, or if payment is made on-site at the registration desk upon arrival.
Any bank transfer or intermediary banking charges remain the responsibility of the participant.
Bank Charges
All bank charges are for the payer's account. The full invoiced amount must be received in the Congress bank account.
Programme
The Congress organisers reserve the right to amend the scientific or social programme without prior notice.
Force Majeure
After the cancellation deadline has passed, registration fees are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the organisers.
Substitution and Badge Policy
Registration substitutions may be requested at any time prior to the start of the Congress and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Paragon Global.
Invitations issued as part of an Association membership or invitational programme are non-transferable and may not be substituted.
Please contact the Congress Secretariat should you wish to request a substitution.
In addition:

Attendee badges and registration credentials are strictly non-transferable.

Badges may only be collected and used by the registered attendee.

Proof of registration or identification may be requested when collecting badges onsite.

Badges must be worn and remain visible at all times during the Congress.

A valid Congress badge grants access only to the sessions and areas included within the registered category.
Payment Terms
Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer
The Client/Cardholder acknowledges and accepts that exchange rate fluctuations may result in gains or losses due to adjustments made by their financial institution.
Paragon Global accepts no responsibility for any gain or loss resulting from currency exchange adjustments applied by the cardholder's bank or payment provider. Likewise, Paragon Global will not seek reimbursement should such adjustments result in a financial benefit to the Client/Cardholder.
