CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at congress@inspired-ped.com.
For valid cancellations, refunds will be issued as follows:
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund, less applicable bank charges.
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival: Refund less a €100 cancellation fee.
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund.
Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel arrangements. Only hotel reservations made through the Congress website will be cancelled automatically following a valid written cancellation request.
Any cancellation fees charged to Paragon Global by third-party suppliers will be deducted from any refund due.
EARLY REGISTRATION FEE
To qualify for the Early Registration Fee, payment must be received on or before 1 February 2027.
A seven (7)-day grace period applies to registrations completed on 1 February 2027 where an invoice was issued on that date. Any payment remaining outstanding after the grace period will result in the registration being automatically amended to the Regular Registration Fee.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The Congress is organized by Paragon Global, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made online using PayPal or a credit card.
If you experience any difficulties with payment, please contact the Congress Secretariat at congress@inspired-ped.com.
Registration will only be confirmed and access to the Congress permitted once full prepayment has been received before the start of the Congress. Alternatively, payment may be made on-site upon arrival at registration.
Any transfer-related charges or fees are the responsibility of the payer.
BANK CHARGES
All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer. The full invoiced amount must be received in the Congress bank account.
PROGRAMME
The Congress programme is subject to change without prior notice.
FORCE MAJEURE
After the cancellation cut-off date, payments are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, illness, failure to attend, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
Such circumstances may include acts of God, natural disasters, travel-related disruptions, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.
SUBSTITUTION AND BADGE POLICY
Registration substitutions may be requested at any time up to the start date of the Congress. All substitutions require approval and remain at the discretion of Paragon Group.
Invitations issued as part of an Association membership or invitational programme are non-transferable and are not eligible for substitution.
Please contact the Congress Secretariat if you have any questions regarding substitutions.
Sharing of attendee badges or credentials is strictly prohibited.
Badges and credentials are issued exclusively to the attendee named in the registration and may only be collected and used by that individual. Proof of registration will be required when collecting a badge on-site.
Badges must be worn at all times during the Congress.
The Congress badge provides the attendee with access to the Congress sessions.
PAYMENT TERMS – CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The Client/Cardholder acknowledges and accepts that currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in a gain or loss when payments are processed.
Paragon Global will not be liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the Client/Cardholder as a result of currency exchange rate adjustments made by their bank.
Similarly, Paragon Global will not pursue the Client/Cardholder for collection where an exchange rate adjustment results in an amount being credited in the Client/Cardholder’s favour.
ACCREDITATION
Please note that the accreditation awarded by the European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC®) under EBAC Cert-ID: 2026-OI-0903000-000 applies only to the main Congress programme.
The Pre-Congress courses and Post-Congress workshop are not included in the EBAC accreditation and therefore do not qualify for accredited continuing education points.
