All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per the agreed-upon terms.
The booking confirmation will be sent via email and will include the relevant details, including check-in and check-out times, reservation dates, and room type.

Cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Any applicable refunds or cancellation charges will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy below:
- 91 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
- 90–61 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's accommodation will apply.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival (including the day of arrival): 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
- No-shows: A charge of 100% of the total booking value will apply.

Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards.
Check-out is by 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Any incidental charges or costs not included in the accommodation rate are the responsibility of the guest and must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.
