• Convention bureaus (for registration identification purposes)

• PayPal – authorized e-commerce provider (credit/debit card payments)

• Tranzila – authorized e-commerce provider (credit/debit card payments)

All third parties are required to comply with applicable data protection laws.

How Long Will We Store Your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be retained for up to 12 months after the conclusion of the event, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Please note that withdrawing consent prior to the start of the event will result in full event cancellation, and applicable cancellation fees will be charged as outlined in your initial registration.

If you have attended an event, we are required to retain financial, tax, or attendance records for reporting and legal purposes. In such cases, all personal identifiers will be removed, and only anonymized records will be retained.
