CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of registration must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at congress@eapaediatrics.eu. A cancellation will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed in writing by the Organiser.

The following refund policy applies to valid cancellations:

• 90 days or more prior to the Meeting start date: Full refund, less any applicable bank charges.

• 89 to 60 days prior to the Meeting start date: Refund less a EUR 100 cancellation fee.

• Less than 60 days prior to the Meeting start date: No refund will be provided.

Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.

Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel arrangements. Only hotel reservations made through the Meeting website will be cancelled automatically upon receipt and confirmation of a valid written cancellation request.

Any cancellation fees or charges incurred by Paragon Global from third-party suppliers will be deducted from any refund due.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that the Meeting, or any part thereof, is affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Paragon Global, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Paragon Global shall not be liable for any resulting costs, losses, or expenses incurred by attendees.

Registration fees will remain subject to the cancellation policy stated above and will not be refundable where the applicable cancellation deadline has passed.
