Registration Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at congress@isda-congress.com.

Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:

• Up to 90 days prior to the Congress: Full refund, less any applicable bank charges.
• 89-60 days prior to the Congress: Refund less a US$100 cancellation fee.
• Less than 60 days prior to the Congress: No refund will be issued.

Please note: Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a cancellation.

Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel arrangements. Only accommodation booked through the official Congress registration website will be cancelled automatically upon receipt of a valid written cancellation request.

Any cancellation fees or charges incurred by Paragon World Medical Event from third-party suppliers will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Early Registration Fee

To qualify for the Early Registration rate, payment must be received on or before 07 January 2027.

A seven (7) day grace period applies only to registrations completed on 07 January 2027, provided the invoice was issued on that date. Any outstanding payments after the grace period will automatically be adjusted to the Regular Registration rate.

Payment

Payments can be made online by Credit Card or PayPal.

Should you experience any difficulties with your payment, please contact the Congress Secretariat at congress@isda-congress.com.

Registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received before the commencement of the Congress, or payment is made onsite during registration.

Any bank transfer fees or intermediary charges are the responsibility of the participant.

Bank Charges

All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer. The full invoiced amount must be received in the Congress bank account.

Right of Admission

The Congress is organized by Paragon World Medical Event, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or withdraw admission to any individual or entity.

Programme Changes

The Scientific Programme is subject to change without prior notice.

Force Majeure

After the cancellation deadline, registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, failure to attend, travel disruptions, natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of terrorism, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.

Registration Substitution & Badge Policy

Registration substitutions may be requested up to the start of the Congress and are subject to approval by Paragon World Medical Event.

Please note:

• Complimentary or invitational registrations associated with society memberships or invitation programmes are non-transferable.

• Badge sharing is strictly prohibited.

• Congress badges are issued solely to the registered attendee and may only be collected and used by that individual.

• Proof of registration or identification may be required when collecting a badge onsite.

• Badges must be worn at all times while attending the Congress.

• The Congress badge permits access to the sessions included in the attendee's registration category.

• Admission to certain sessions may be restricted due to venue capacity, safety regulations, or other operational requirements.

Payment Terms

Currency Exchange Disclaimer

The Client/Cardholder acknowledges that exchange rate fluctuations applied by their financial institution may result in a gain or loss when transactions are processed or refunded.

Paragon World Medical Event accepts no responsibility for any exchange rate differences, losses, or gains arising from currency conversion adjustments made by the Client's/Cardholder's bank. Likewise, Paragon World Medical Event will not seek reimbursement should any currency adjustment result in a gain to the Client/Cardholder.
