Please note that we currently only accept bank transfers. All payments should be made to the bank account details provided on the invoice, which you will receive immediately after submitting your registration.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be emailed to swsd2026@paragonafrica.co.za.
• Until 31 January 2026: 80% refund of the registration fee less $10 admin fee
• 1 February – 31 March 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee less $10 admin fee
• From 1 April 2026 onwards: No refunds will be issued
• Non-payment does not count as cancellation
• Attendees must cancel their own travel. Only hotel bookings made through the Conference website will be cancelled automatically.

Early Registration Fee

• Pay by 31 December 2025 to qualify.

• A 7-day grace period applies for invoices issued on 31 Dec 2025. Late payments will be updated to the Regular Rate.

Payment

• Bank transfer or online payment

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.

• All bank charges are the attendee’s responsibility.

Badges & Substitutions

• Badges are personal and non-transferable.

• Substitutions are allowed only with approval before the Conference start date.

• Badges must be worn at all times.

Programme & Force Majeure

• The programme may change without notice.

• Payments are non-refundable after the cancellation cut-off, including for illness or events beyond our control.

Currency Disclaimer

• Any gain or loss due to currency conversion is the attendee’s responsibility.

Online Payments

• Communication from the payment gateway to the Congress system (whether successful or unsuccessful) may take up to 5 minutes.

• If the payment has not been deducted, you will be redirected back to the registration payment page.

Successful Payment

• You will receive an email confirmation with a PDF receipt acknowledging payment for your registration. Name of Account on your credit card Statement: Paragon PG 

• Please keep this email for your records.

Payment Status Explanations

• Payment Cancelled:
  If your payment is cancelled after reaching the payment gateway, you will be redirected to the registration payment page, where you may attempt payment again.

• Payment Declined:
  Payments may be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect card details

  • Incorrect OTP used to authenticate the payment

  • Insufficient funds

  • Credit or debit card spend limit reached

• Do Not:

  • Close the browser before returning to the online confirmation page

  • Click the browser back button while making a payment

• Declined, Cancelled, or Failed Payments:
  Do not close the payment page. Select the appropriate error code and submit your registration. Our team will contact you with the next steps.

PayPal Online Credit / Debit Card Payment

• Select this option to pay by credit or debit card.

• You will be redirected to a secure payment page — do not close this page, as your registration will remain incomplete.

• PayPal account / Pay with Credit Card as a guest If you do not have a PayPal account, you are able to continue as a guest on PayPal using your debit/credit card, when you are diverted to the PayPal page, click on the option "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Please click here to follow the steps as a guest

• Please wait for the transaction to finish. Successful payments will redirect you to the Thank You page.

If the payment fails:

You will be redirected back to the payment page. Please select the relevant error code below:

• Credit card error – Other
  (e.g. refusal,declined payment or any other error)

• If you select this option, your registration will not be confirmed immediately.

• An automated invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

• All bank charges are for the payer’s account.

• The full invoiced amount must be received in the Summit bank account.

• Please ensure you carefully review the banking details provided on the invoice.

Send Invoice – M-PESA

• If you select this option, your registration will not be confirmed immediately.

• An automated invoice will be sent to your registered email address, a long with the M-PESA account information to transfer the funds

• All bank charges are for the payer’s account.

• The full invoiced amount must be received in the M-PESA account.
