Reservations Terms & Conditions for Hotels

1. Rates are only applicable to delegates attending the 38th SICOT Orthopaedic World Congress in Cape Town from 30 November to 2 December 2017

2. Rates are per person sharing or per room basis, as indicated.

3. Rates include breakfast at the hotel.

4. Rates include the 1% Tourism Levy.

5. Should the reserved rooms be unavailable due to circumstances attributable to the Hotel, the Hotel shall be obliged to procure alternative accommodation for you of equivalent standard. Additional expenses incurred in connection with the procurement of such alternative accommodation, limited to the cost of transport to the alternative venue and the excess on the room rate (if any), shall be borne by the Hotel.

6. All the information contained in any brochure, or catalogue (or which accompanies or forms part of any offer made by the Hotel), is subject to alteration at any time without prior notice and the Hotel will not be bound to comply exactly therewith. The Hotel shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in any brochures or other information supplied by it and the Hotel shall not be liable for any accidents or happenings arising out of such faulty information.

   Payment Terms

1. Full pre-payment is required to confirm you booking .

   Cancellations and No Shows Terms

   If your accommodation is cancelled or reduced the Hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for hotel accommodation. If your booking is cancelled, confirmation thereof is required in writing:

1. Should a booking be cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to the accommodation date, a full refund will be passed less a 15% administration fee.

2. Should a booking be cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to the accommodation date, a 50% cancellation fee of accommodation booked will be charged.

3. Should a booking be cancelled between 30 and 0 days prior to the accommodation date, a 100% cancellation fee of accommodation booked will be charged.

4. No-shows will be liable for the full fee.

5. Accommodation bookings are transferable to delegates not yet registered

Clearly indicate the Invoice Number on bank transfers to facilitate the registration process. An official invoice will be emailed to you once you have completed your registration, indicating the bank account details.

STEP 3: A 3D SECURE PAGE WILL OPEN FOR YOU TO ENTER CARD NUMBER 

STEP 4.RECEIVE ONE-TIME PASSWORD 
After entering your MasterCard® or Visa® details, you will receive an unique password via SMS from your enrolled financial institution. You will be taken to a new window where you will be asked to input your SecureCode password.

STEP 5.ENTER SECURECODE 
Enter the one-time password into the additional screen.

STEP 6: TRANSACTION COMPLETED
After entering your SecureCode, your transaction will be authorized and you will be taken back to the registration page.
