1. Payment within 7 days from date of invoice if not settled with your debit/credit card.

Cancellation Policy for all Activities during the Congress 2024

1. In the event of cancellation of the Congress by the Organisers, for whatever reason:

• monies paid by the attendees to the Organisers, less an admin fee, shall be refunded to the attendee 
• refunds will be paid within 60 days of the date of cancellation

2. In the event of cancellation by the Attendee:

• cancellations received before 12 June 2024, will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee.
• cancellations received between 13 June and 12 July 2024, will receive a full refund less a 20% administration fee.
• cancellations received between 13 July and 12 August 2024, will receive a full refund less a 50% administration fee.
• cancellations received after 13 August 2024, 100% cancellation fee applies and delegates shall forfeit all amounts paid to the SASP irrespective of reason of withdrawal or cancellation

3. Member Conduct

• Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the event as set out during the “Welcome Session”.
• Participants shall not participate in any activities during lectures that might reduce the ability of others to engage with the learning process.
• Participants shall not make themselves guilty of disruptive behaviour of any kind, during the event. The organisers have the right to ask the participant to leave or have the participant removed. 

4. Disclaimer

• The venue and the Congress Organisers will not be liable for any damage or injury to any person or goods during the Congress 2024.
• The venue and the Congress Organisers will not be liable to the Exhibitor’s, Sponsor’s or attendees’ losses should the event be cancelled due to acts beyond its control including war, riots, coup de’ tat, armed resistance, overthrowing of the government and weather-related disaster.

5. Other

• The congress must be purchased and paid for on the online registration form. You will need to create your account with an email and a password in order to register. This log in will remain for the duration of the congress and is not linked to the official Member Organisations’ membership access.
• The deadlines for registrations and payment for the congress has been communicated to members and are available on the website.
• No provisions are made for special dietary requirements during the congress, although the committee will consider a variety of options when finalising the catering. No discount on fees will be granted.

EFT / Swift transfer
If you select the option your registration is not confirmed. An automated email will be sent along with an invoice for processing. Once you have processed the payment, please email nationalevents@saphysio.co.za with the proof.
Payment is required within 7 days from date of invoice if you select the EFT / Swift transfer option.
PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will only be confirmed and access permitted if full prepayment is received prior to the start of the Congress
Please ensure that any transfer-related charges or fees are settled by you.
Early Bird Fees: If you select the EFT / Swift transfer, please ensure your adhere to the Early Bird fee deadline. Failure to do so, will result in your fees being amended to the Standard Fee.

You will be diverted to the PayFast e-commerce payment page. Please do not close this page, if you close the page, your registration will not be processed. Once you have transacted on the PayFast page, you will be returned to the Congress online page.
