Select and download the abstract template and prepare your abstract


Templates:
  1. Pre-conference workshop
  2. In-conference workshop
  3. Panel Discussion (this is the template for the presenter’s contribution information
  4. Debate
  5. Symposium (The main submitter is to collect the 150 word abstracts from the 4 presenters and upload these as 1 application
  6. Oral-Paper, e-Poster, PechaKucha™,
  7. Campfire Story

Create a profile. Select the portal you are submitting your abstract to. If you are submitting to multiple portals, only 1 profile needs to be created

  1. Pre-conference workshop portal
  2. In-conference workshop portal
  3. Panel Discussion portal
  4. Debate portal
  5. Symposium portal
  6. Oral-Paper, e-Poster, PechaKucha™
  7. Campfire Story Portal

Submit your abstract. Please ensure you have your abstract prepared on the provided templates. The abstract upload has 5 processes:

Add Title and select Presentation Type

Select Themes (if applicable)

Re-enter Authors And Affiliations (this is for the online app) (if applicable)

Abstract Upload (upload your prepared abstract)

Review your submission

Submit your abstract

Once your abstract is submitted, an abstract confirmation email will be sent from saahe@allevents.co.za to your registered user profile email address. 

If the confirmation email is not received, please look in your spam/junk folder. Gmail accounts: If the email is not in your Primary folder, please see if the emails are in the Promotions, Social or Spam folder.
