Terms and conditions
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at pathafrica@paragonafrica.co.za    

The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:

  • Early Bird Deadline is 19 February 2024.
  • Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges 
  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of R250 admin fee  
  • Less than 60 days prior to arrival-no refund 
  • Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel reservations

RIGHT OF ADMISSION
This Congress is organized by Paragon Group, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.

EARLY REGISTRATION FEE
To qualify for the Early Registration fee, please ensure payment is received by 19 February 2024 A seven (7) day grace period will apply for registrations completed on 19 February 2024 where an invoice has been issued on that date.
Any payments outstanding after the grace period will automatically be amended to the Regular rate.

BANK CHARGES
All bank charges are for the payer's account. The full amount must be received in the Conference bank account.

PROGRAMME
The programme may be subject to change without prior notice.

FORCE MAJEURE
After the cancellation cut-off date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use congress attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems, or an act of terrorism.

SUBSTITUTION AND BADGE POLICY
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Congress start date but must be approved and will be at Paragon Group’s discretion.
Invitations that are part of an Association membership or invitational program are non-transferable and are ineligible for substitution.
Please consult the Conference Secretariat with any questions.
Sharing of Attendee badges/credentials is not permitted at any time.
Badges/credentials are issued to and can be picked up by, and used only by the Attendee named in the registration.
Proof of Registration will be required for each Attendee when collecting a badge onsite.
Badges must be worn at all times during the Congress.
The Congress badge allows an Attendee entry to the overall conference sessions.
Admission is subject to venue capacity and other requirements. For example, COVID-19 safety regulations and certain sessions may be restricted to venue capacity policy.

PAYMENT
Payment method is via online credit card using PayFast or EFT.  Please use your invoice number as a reference when making electronic payments and send the proof of payment to the conference secretariat: pathafrica@paragonafrica.co.za

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will only be confirmed and access permitted if full prepayment is received prior to the start of the Conference or if payment is made on-site, upon arrival at registration.
Please ensure that any transfer-related charges or fees are settled by you.
