SUMMARY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per the agreed-upon terms. The booking confirmation will be sent via email and will include relevant details such as check-in/out times, reservation dates, and room type.
Cancellation and Amendments
Cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties or fees.
Any refunds or penalties for cancellations will be as per the cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.
Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival – 1 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.
Cancellations received 89 - 60 days prior to arrival – 2 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.
Cancellations received from 59 days until arrival, including the day of arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.
No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
Payments: Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in time is from [15:00] onwards, and check-out time is by [12:00]. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities: The rate includes breakfast, VAT, and Shuttles to/from main venue (PCC) and social evening venues. Any additional costs not included in the rate will be for your own account and must be settled upon check-out. These may include, but are not limited to, housekeeping fees, porterage, room service, and other incidental charges.
Bank Charges: Any costs related to bank charges are for your own account.

PAYMENT – FINAL STEP
This is the final step in securing your accommodation booking.

Your booking will only be confirmed once full pre-payment has been received via Credit Card, PayPal
If this section is not completed, your booking will remain incomplete and will not be secured .
Declined, Cancelled, or Failed Payments: Do not close the payment page. Select the Declined, Cancelled, or Failed Payment (Please contact me) and submit your booking. Our team will contact you with the next steps.

Communication from the payment gateway to the Accommodation booking system (whether successful or unsuccessful) may take up to 5 minutes .
The debit on your account will reflect then name Paragon G.C LTD
If the payment has not been deducted, you will be redirected back to the payment page.
