Summary


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration and Payment

  • Successful registration submissions will be acknowledged by means of a confirmation email and invoice within 3 working days.
  • Payment terms for bank deposits or Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are 7 days from date of invoice. 
  • Payment is in Euros and is payable to Paragon Group (Congress Secretariat).  Proof of payment should be sent to.  Please use your invoice number as a reference for all payments.
  • Bank charges and/or shortfalls as a result of currency fluctuations remain for the delegate’s account.
  • Registration may not be shared. Each delegate attending must complete a unique registration. 

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – 
The percentage of refund for Registration will be:

  • 80% of the fees for cancellation on or before 1 December, 2023
  • 60% of the fees for cancellation between 2 December 2023 and February 1, 2024
  • No refund for cancellation from 2 February, 2024 onwards

Refunds will only be processed post conference plus 30 days.

Cancellation and Refunds policy:

  • 100% pre-payment is required to secure your booking.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days before the arrival date will be refunded in full. Any cancellations made from 13 January 2024 will not be refunded.
