If you have attended a previous EAP Congress, Mastercourse, Spring, or Winter Meeting, please use the same email address and password you used for that event.

Submitting on behalf of a participant?
If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please sign up using the participant’s email address. You will then have the option to add your own email address as an additional contact to receive all correspondence.
