Returning Participants

If you have attended a previous EAP Congress, Mastercourse, Spring Meeting, or Winter Meeting, you can use your existing account to sign up and submit your abstract.

1. Enter the email address associated with your existing account.

2. On the next page, enter your password to log in.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page to request a password reset.

Please note: The password reset email will be sent from no-reply@eventsmail.com. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting the Congress Secretariat.

New Participants

If you are a new user, please create a new account by following these steps:

1. Enter your email address on the first page.

2. Create a password on the second page.

3. Select Continue and complete the remainder of the registration form.

Please note: The account must be created using the Primary Presenting Author's email address and login details. The Primary Presenting Author must create and submit the abstract using their own account, as all correspondence regarding the abstract, including review outcomes and presentation information, will be sent to the email address associated with this account.

Please keep your login details in a safe place, as you will use the same account to manage your abstract submission and future participation in EAP events.
