CANCELLATION POLICY
After registration there will be no refund

EARLY REGISTRATION FEE
To qualify for the Early Registration fee, please ensure payment is received on or before 30 April 2024. A seven (7) day grace period will apply for registrations completed on 30 April 2024 where an invoice has been issued on that date. Any payments outstanding after the grace period will automatically be amended to the Regular rate.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION This symposium is organized by Paragon Global, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.

PAYMENT
Payment method is via online using PayPal or Credit Card as a payment platform, should you have any difficulties, please email the symposium secretariat: conference@paragong.com
NOTE: Your registration will only be confirmed and access permitted if full prepayment is received prior to the start of the symposium. Please ensure that any transfer-related charges or fees are settled by you.

BANK CHARGES
All bank charges are for the payers account. The full amount must be received in the symposium bank account.

PROGRAMME
The programme may be subject to change without prior notice.

FORCE MAJEURE
After the cancellation cut-off date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use symposium attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems, or an act of terrorism.

PAYMENT TERMS
Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer: Client/Cardholder confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of a potential gain/loss incurred by any adjustments made by their bank due to the currency exchange rate. Paragon Global will not be liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the Client/Cardholder from an adjustment made due to the currency exchange rate, nor will Paragon Global pursue the Client/Cardholder for collection if that adjustment should be made in the Client’s/Cardholder’s favour.
