I am a second-year pediatric resident at Vall d'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona. I completed my medical degree at Hospital de Sant Pau, affiliated with the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), where I gained a strong foundation in clinical and theoretical medicine. During my studies, I developed a particular interest in pediatrics, which led me to pursue further specialization in this field. After completing my medical degree, I enhanced my experience by working for one year in Switzerland, where I was exposed to a diverse patient population and advanced pediatric practices. This international experience allowed me to refine my clinical skills, improve my language proficiency, and adapt to different healthcare systems. At Vall d'Hebron, I continue to develop my expertise in pediatric care, focusing on both acute and chronic conditions in children. I am particularly interested in pediatric pneumology, aiming to deepen my knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases in children.

Born in Israel, raised in Singapore. Studied medicine at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Worked for a few years as a pediatrician in the community after completing my pediatric residency and currently more than halfway through my fellowship in pediatric pulmonology at Schneider Children’s Medical Centre in Israel. I take special interest in pulmonary physiology, pulmonary function testing, sports medicine, as well as the combination of cardiology and pulmonology in areas such as vascular rings and other congenital cardiac anomalies. Married to Shaked, a veterinarian, and mother of three: Adam, Amit and Nadav.
