    Summary

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat at congress@isda-congress.com  

    The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:

    • Early Bird Deadline is 23 December 2025 
    • Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges.
    • Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of US$ 100.
    • Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund.
    • Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.

    Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel reservations. Only hotel reservations made through the Congress website will be cancelled automatically in the event of a valid written cancellation request. Any cancellation fees charged to Paragon World Medical Event by third party suppliers will be deducted from any refund that may be due.

    EARLY REGISTRATION FEE
    To qualify for the Early Registration fee, please ensure payment is received on or before 23 December 2025. A seven (7) day grace period will apply for registrations completed on 23 December 2025 where an invoice has been issued on that date. Any payments outstanding after the grace period will automatically be amended to the Regular rate. 

    RIGHT OF ADMISSION 
    This Congress is organized by Paragon World Medical Event, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.

    PAYMENT 
    Payment method is via online using PayPal     or Credit Card as a payment platform, should you have any difficulties, please email the congress secretariat: congress@isda-congress.com
    PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will only be confirmed and access permitted if full prepayment is received prior to the start of the Congress or if payment is made on-site, upon arrival at registration. Please ensure that any transfer-related charges or fees are settled by you. 

    BANK CHARGES
    All bank charges are for the payers account. The full amount must be received in the Congress bank account.

    PROGRAMME
    The programme may be subject to change without prior notice.

    FORCE MAJEURE
    After the cancellation cut-off date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use congress attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems, or an act of terrorism.

    SUBSTITUTION AND BADGE POLICY
    Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Congress start date but must be approved and will be at Paragon Group’ discretion.
    Invitations that are part of an Association membership or invitational program are non-transferable and are ineligible for substitution.

    Sharing of Attendee badges/credentials is not permitted at any time.
    Badges/credentials are issued to, and can be picked up by, and used only by the Attendee named in the registration.
    Proof of Registration will be required for each Attendee when collecting a badge onsite.
    Badges must be worn at all times during the Congress.
    The Congress badge allows an Attendee entry to the overall Congress sessions.
    Admission is subject to venue capacity and other requirements. For example, COVID-19 safety regulations and certain sessions may be restricted for venue capacity policy.

    Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer: Client/Cardholder confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of a potential gain/loss incurred by any adjustments made by their bank due to the currency exchange rate. Paragon Global will not be liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the Client/Cardholder from an adjustment made due to the currency exchange rate, nor will Paragon Global pursue the Client/Cardholder for collection if that adjustment should be made in the Client’s/Cardholder’s favour.

    Communication to the ISDA Congress from payment gateways, whether the payment was successful or not, can take up to 5 minutes.
    If the payment has not been deducted, you will be re-directed to the registration payment page.

    Successful Payment
    You will receive an email notification with a PDF receipt acknowledging the payment made for your registration. Please keep this email safely with you.

    Useful tips
    Do ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.

    1. Payment Cancelled: If your payment is cancelled after reaching the payment gateway, you will come back to the registration payment page where you can try to make another payment.
    2. Payment Declined: Payment can be declined for multiple reasons: incorrect card credentials, incorrect OTP to authenticate and validate your payment, insufficient funds in your bank account, and reaching the maximum spend limit on your credit or debit card.
    3. Do not - close the browser before returning to the online confirmation page, click the back button on the browser while making a payment.

    Declined, cancelled payments or payment errors: Please ensure you do not close the payment page, select the "Error using online credit card payment, send a new payment link" and submit your registration.

    Online Credit/Debit card payment

    • Select this option to pay with your credit card. You will be directed to a separate payment page, please ensure you do not close this payment page. If you do, your registration is incomplete. Wait for the transaction to process. Once the transaction is successful, you are directed to the thank you page.
    • If the transaction is unsuccessful, you are directed back to the payment page.
      • Click on the option: "Error using online credit card payment, send a new payment link"


    Send invoice, I will process a bank transfer

    • If you select this option your registration is not confirmed. An automated invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
    • All bank charges are for the payers account.
