Why we process your personal data

We collect and process your personal data to facilitate your registration for this event.

Third parties with access to your data

Your personal data may be shared with certain third parties in order to process your registration. These may include:

• Conference bureaus/venues, Field Trip Organisers for registration verification

• PayFast (e-commerce service provider)

• IPC7 Committee

How long we store your personal data

We will retain your personal data for up to 12 months after the conclusion of this event.

1. Right to inquire
You can request information about your personal data at any time by contacting us at IPC7@allevents.co.za.

2. Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Please note that if consent is withdrawn before the start of the event, this will result in full event cancellation, including any applicable cancellation fees as stated in your initial registration.

3. Right to be forgotten / anonymization
You can request that we forget or anonymize your personal data. If you have attended an event, we may retain financial, tax, or attendance records for reporting purposes, but all personal data will be removed, leaving only anonymized records.
